Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company processes personal data of website users and members of the "The Finance AI Club" club, marathon, and corporate training programmes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR / RODO) and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.

3. Recipients of data

Data is shared with trusted processors only to the extent necessary for service delivery: payment operators Stripe and WayForPay, hosting, e-mail, analytics, and community platform providers — under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Certain processors (including Stripe) may process data outside the EEA on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention period

For the duration of the subscription and thereafter — for the periods required by Polish tax and accounting law (generally 5 years from the end of the relevant year); marketing data — until consent is withdrawn.
