These Subscription Terms govern recurring membership payments for the "The Finance AI Club" and supplement the Terms of Service (Public Offer).
The subscription is recurring and monthly. Charges are made automatically each billing period via Stripe or WayForPay until cancelled.

If membership lapses, the preferential price is not retained; re-entry is at the current applicable price.
The subscription renews automatically each month. Cancellation is available at any time via the member dashboard or by contacting us at contact@client-profitability.support. Access remains active until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
In the event of a failed charge, retry attempts may be made. If payment is not received, access may be suspended pending resolution.
The Company will notify members of any change to the standard price at least 14 days in advance. For members with a locked price ($47/month via marathon), increases do not apply for the duration of continuous membership.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Company may suspend access and request resolution through the payment operator.
Access provided as part of corporate training (one year of The Finance AI Club for a team) is granted for the agreed term and is not a recurring charge unless otherwise agreed by the parties separately.
