Terms of Service (Public Offer)

ℹ️ This document has been prepared under Polish law for the Stripe / WayForPay payment model. We recommend a final legal review before publication (alignment with UODO and the Polish Consumer Rights Act — ustawa o prawach konsumenta).

Hoża 29, 00-521 Warszawa, Poland, contact e-mail: contact@client-profitability.support (hereinafter — "the Company", "we").

This document constitutes a public offer (Terms of Service / Regulamin) for entering into an agreement on access to the online club, marathon, and corporate training of "The Finance AI Club". Payment or registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Subject matter

The Company grants the Participant access to digital content and services within the scope of the selected plan. The services are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute individual legal, tax, or audit advice.

3. Formation of contract

The contract is deemed concluded upon successful payment via Stripe or WayForPay (for corporate training — upon agreement of terms and payment of the invoice). Confirmation and access credentials are sent to the Participant's e-mail address.

4. Prices and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and WayForPay. Details on billing cycles are set out in the "Subscription Terms".

5. Digital content and right of withdrawal

A Participant who is a consumer agrees to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, as a result, they lose the right of withdrawal with respect to content already delivered — in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to contact@client-profitability.support; response within 14 days. Consumers have access to out-of-court dispute resolution and the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

7. Intellectual property

All materials are protected by copyright and provided solely for use by the Participant/the Participant's team. Transfer of access to third parties, copying, and distribution without written consent are prohibited.

8. Liability

The Company does not guarantee specific financial outcomes; the Participant bears responsibility for any decisions made on the basis of the materials. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant period, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered address, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
